  1. Needs Assessment & Discussion: We recommend a follow-up meeting or site visit to discuss your specific facilities needs in detail. During this session, we would gather information on your current facilities setup, any pain points or special requirements, and the scope (e.g. size of office, number of staff, existing facility arrangements) to ensure our service plan is fully aligned.
  2. Customized Proposal & Scope Finalization: Based on the assessment, PT HMB will prepare a customized FM service plan for you. This will include a detailed scope of work, staffing plan (e.g. number of cleaners, guards, etc.), service level agreements (SLAs) for key performance areas, and any assumptions. We will work with your’s team to refine this scope as needed until it meets all requirements.
  3. Agreement & On-Boarding: Upon approval of the final service plan and budget, we will proceed to contract agreement. PT HMB can then on-board within a short timeframe – including recruiting/assigning staff, setting up equipment and supplies on-site, and introducing our team to client’s key personnel. We will develop a transition plan to ensure a smooth handover of any existing services and minimal disruption when we commence operations.
