Soft (Support) Services

Soft FM services are focused on the daily support, upkeep, and administrative tasks that enhance the comfort and security of the workplace. While they may be more discretionary, they are crucial for a well-run, people-friendly facility. PT HMB’s Soft Services portfolio covers:

  • Cleaning & Janitorial Services: Comprehensive cleaning programs to keep our client’s offices spotless and hygienic. This includes daily cleaning of workspaces, meeting rooms, pantries, and restrooms, as well as periodic deep cleaning and disinfection. Our Cleaning & Hygiene team is trained to maintain high standards of sanitation and waste management. We use safe, eco-friendly cleaning agents and follow schedules that minimize disruption to Privy’s operations (e.g., after-hours deep cleaning).
  • Security Services: Provision of trained security personnel to safeguard our client’s premises and assets. Our security officers can manage access control, visitor registration, patrols, and CCTV monitoring as required. We develop site-specific security post orders to address Privy’s needs, ensuring a secure environment 24/7. In addition, PT HMB can advise on or coordinate electronic security systems (alarm systems, CCTV maintenance) as part of our integrated approach.
  • Landscape & Grounds Maintenance: Care for any green areas, indoor plants, or facility grounds. Our landscaping services include tending to gardens or potted plants, lawn care (if applicable), and keeping outdoor entrances neat. A pleasant green environment contributes to employee well-being and a positive company image. We also handle pest control as part of grounds upkeep – scheduling regular pest inspections and treatments to prevent issues with rodents, insects, or other pests.
  • Administrative Support & Office Services: Trained administrative personnel to support Privy’s day-to-day office operations. This can include front-desk receptionists to greet visitors and manage calls, mailroom staff to handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages, and general office assistants (“office boys”) to support miscellaneous tasks. We ensure these staff are courteous, professional, and aligned with client’s corporate culture. Additionally, PT HMB can manage the inventory and restocking of office supplies (stationery, pantry supplies, etc.), so that client’s employees always have the materials they need.
  • Transportation & Courier Services: Provision of drivers and couriers to support our client’s operations. We can supply professional drivers for company vehicles or executive transportation, ensuring timely and safe travel for staff as needed. We also offer courier services for document or small package delivery around town. Our personnel in these roles are trustworthy and well-trained in both safety and service etiquette.
  • Specialized Support Services: PT HMB can scale our support according to our client’s needs. For instance, if our client hosts corporate events or large meetings, we can provide additional cleaning crews, event support staff, or even liaison with catering services (as part of our extended network) to ensure the event runs smoothly. We also offer laundry services for any office linens or staff uniforms if required (a service we currently provide to hospitality clients).
